Core Range
Our ‘Core’ range consists of the 2 core products we have made from the very start – Dry and Medium-Dry. Made from a blend of cider, culinary and dessert apples from Cornwall.
Heritage Range
Our ‘Heritage’ range varies from year to year but is increasing as we get offered more and more Cornish varieties of Cider Apples. Made from a single variety of cider apple or a blend of a just a few varieties these ciders are exceptional in quality and taste.

Draught Range
Our ‘Traditional’ range varies from year to year and will change throughout the year as we put each new small batch into a variable capacity stainless steel tank. All are made by carefully blending different selections of the apples that we get from Cornwall.
