Wasted Knight – Vintage Single Variety cider made using only Cornish Tommy Knight Cider apples from the St Agnes district and later at St Dominick, Trebullet and Gunnislake. A full bodied cider, deep amber in colour with a caramel aftertaste.
Cornish Heritage – Vintage cider made using a variety of Cornish Heritage Cider apples. All the apples in this cider were collected from a National Trust Orchard which is home to over 50 Cornish varieties of apple. These apples produce a cider that is mild and easy to drink. A dark golden colour with notes of butterscotch.
Wasted Captain – Vintage cider made using the Captain John Broad Cider apples. Captain Broad apples originate from Cornwall and have the reputation of being one of the best Cornish cider apple varieties. This ‘dumpling apple’ is associated with name John Broad who probably lived near Fowey in south Cornwall and where numerous trees are still found. Mild and easy to drink. Complex aromas, a golden colour, clean taste with notes of honey.
