A traditional ‘dry’ cider made using a mix of cider, culinary and dessert apples from Cornwall. Fermented completely to dry and left to naturally drop clear, then bottled with a small amount of sugar to produce a ‘pettilant’ condition. It is made from 100% juice, it is not pasteurised or filtered. The result is a crisp clear cider which is mild and easy to drink. Complex aromas, a light golden colour and a long, truly appley aftertaste. Note that the 10 litre and 20 litre bag-in-box is ‘farmhouse style’ so is still rather than sparkling.
